UNEF’s 12th Solar Forum brought together experts, companies and professionals from the photovoltaic sector to discuss the major challenges of the energy transition in Spain. The event highlighted photovoltaics as an industrial and strategic driver, capable of driving the country’s reindustrialization and attracting large-scale investments, including data centers and industrial projects seeking affordable energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the key topics – energy transition, self-consumption, financing and environmental assessment – one talk left a key idea on social integration:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This emerged from the talk “The strategic value of territorial rooting: how to strengthen the social acceptance of projects”,<\/strong> underlining that the acceptance of a renewable project depends as much on its benefits for the community as on its technical and economic viability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
