Through a framework contract, we continuously accompany the projects requested by the client, adapting to their different phases and territorial needs.
Scope of the study
The scope of the study ranges from the preliminary assessment of the social context to the definition and implementation of relationship strategies in the territory.
It includes the identification of key stakeholders, the analysis of social expectations and risks, the design of messages and the planning of meetings with communities and authorities, as well as the monitoring of the social evolution of the project over time.
Methodology applied
We work with our own methodology based on:
– Documentary review, regulatory analysis and early diagnosis of local sensitivities.
– Field work with physical presence in the territory, interviews, meetings and active listening.
– Social risk assessment using specific matrices and qualitative analysis tools.
